Return Policy

PureQuosa Wellness Inc. wants you to feel confident in every order. Because our products are personal care items, returns are subject to a few common-sense conditions that reflect standard industry practice for cosmetics and skin care. This Policy explains those conditions and how to reach us if something isn't right.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Requests submitted after 30 days cannot be accepted except where required by law or in the case of a demonstrated product defect identified within a reasonable time after purchase.

Condition of Returned Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, returned products must be unopened and sealed in their original packaging. Products that have been opened, partially used, or tampered with cannot be restocked and are not eligible for return, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.

Starting Your Return

To begin a return, please contact support@purequosa.com with your order number, the products you wish to return, and a brief explanation. Our team will respond with instructions and a return shipping address. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed or refunded.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked shipping method so your return can be located in transit if needed.

Refunds and Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned items have been received and inspected. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer or bank.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains an item different from what was ordered, please notify us at support@purequosa.com within 7 days of delivery and include a photograph if possible. We will promptly arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping costs.
